  • No. Many of my clients are awaiting assessment, self-identified, or simply want to understand themselves better. You don't need a formal diagnosis to access occupational therapy or coaching.

  • No. I am an occupational therapist, not a psychiatrist or psychologist. What I can do is assess how neurodivergence affects your daily functioning and provide evidence-based strategies and reports - which many clients find equally valuable.

  • All sessions are delivered via secure video call. You'll receive a link in advance and all you need is a private space, a device with a camera, and a reasonable internet connection.

  • The sensory assessment typically takes 2-3 weeks from intake to final report. The lifestyle assessment takes 3-4 weeks. The complete package takes 4-6 weeks.

  • Yes. Reports from a registered OT are accepted by employers, universities, and Access to Work. I can also write standalone reasonable adjustments letters.
